We stand behind everything we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 14 days and we’ll replace it or give you a refund minus a 15% restocking fee and shipping cost. Please read “Returns” below for more information.

Payment

All payments are due upon receipt. If payment is not received or the payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased.

Shipping Policies

Flat rate of $100.00 with an average of 3 to 4-day handling.

Shipping will be paid for by the buyer in the amount agreed upon by the seller at the time of purchase. If an item is lost during shipping, the total cost of item, including shipping, will be refunded to the buyer by the seller. If an item is damaged during shipping, the seller will mitigate issue with shipping vendor.

Note: Orders usually ship 3 business days after being placed. Please note that some items may be subject to additional shipping and handling charges because of size or weight.

Sorry, but we do not ship outside of the Continental U.S.

Refund/Return Policy

If there’s a problem with something you purchased from us, you can either bring it to our store or ship it back. Ship returns via Ground UPS or insured US Mail (we do not accept CODs). We will refund shipping costs on damaged or incorrect merchandise. Returned merchandise will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. (Labor fees are not refundable, i.e., custom-built wheels.)

Returns over $100 must have a return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the package or the item will be refused. A return authorization number can be obtained by phone or email.

**Exchanges are granted on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation

An item may be canceled up until payment has been processed. Once payment has been processed, the buyer is responsible for payment.

Complaints

Any complaints about items or sellers may be sent to our support team: nickfisher@elementcycles.net or (425) 881-8442. There is no guarantee of a resolution. Each case will be looked at individually, and the seller will be in contact as well.

Legalities

The seller is not responsible for any health or safety concerns once the buyer has received the item. If any harm is incurred from the items purchased by the buyer, the seller shares no responsibility.

IN-STORE PICKUP

Most orders will be ready within two business day. Please keep in mind that some items may require additional processing time for shipping from wholesalers. Other items may require additional processing time for assembly. We will call or email you once your order is ready for pickup. If you need an item right away we ask that you call us to confirm that the product is available before heading over to our store. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders need to be picked up within 10 days or a 15% stocking fee will be charged.

INFORMATION SECURITY

We protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts all of the information you provide to us and prevents outside parties from being able to “see” your transaction information. We do not save credit card information for all Debit and or credit card transactions.
